Hello, welcome to Real Heavy Politics @ Blogspot - I appreciate your visit today. Please bookmark my site if you like what you read here today.
So, welcome to the 10's -- yet another decade our media allows the war againist privacy and our citizens concerning marijuana usage. As you know, the reasons the pussy-whipped media allows it is partly due to their own dependence on advertising from the very sources of the drug war - namely, politicians (political ads), and lawyers (category ads) - who depend on their rhetoric from being challenged on the MSM - especially at the local level.
That is not to say that other advertisers - like beer and alcohol - don't have a stake in pot remaining non-competitive. Or, the various pharmacological products that might be able to be replaced by pot, such as pain relievers and sleep-aids. Indeed, as you know, every time the media runs some trumped up story about evil people who get caught by the pot laws - remember their own conflict of interests.
The real question is whether the MSM will feel even a twinge of guilt when there is finally legal pot in the country - able to be purchased without a prescription (see they still have cover - only SICK people use pot). You see, at that point, justice will have HUGE differences depending on where one lives - and the media has always claimed they were all for justice.
Don't hold your breath - we have a media as worthless and spineless as our politicians. Especially when it involves Real Heavy Politics.

My Politics
I've voted for the Libertarians the last 10 elections for President. I do not believe in the Republinuts or the Democraps, or, the big media that supports them.
Because of the above - my views, IMO, are the real independent; THE `Eagle' views, and not the `centrist' `independent' views of those that alternate between the Jackass and the Elephant.
Thanks for checking out my politics blog.
