Judge Orders Police To Return Pot

Contempt for law from our law enforcers? Really? Are they that beholden to the kickbacks from the `sold' `seized pot' that they have always done. (The abundance of stories of people busted for say 100 pounds of which 30 make it to the court are very common. -- next side revenue for the police and others in the distribution trade of alternative drug users.) Are they that beholden to the kickbacks from the prosecutors for bringing them `work'?

The case was in Washington State - yeah, the legal place - and the pot was taken from the Medical Marijuana Prescription holder from another location BEFORE the legalization. Yeah, a bit complicated. May 2nd Till We Have The Cops Violating More Rights.
