Marijuana and Divergent Thinking

Holy mackeral - I seldom run into such an intellectual link associated with pot - the unmentionable - that pot lets one think in a `new manner'. This is a great read you will NEVER see the MSM having ANY interest in - http://scienceblogs.com/cortex/2010/03/marijuana_and_divergent_thinki.php

Author warns of pageantry's perils- Chris Hedges, who wrote 'Empire of Illusion,' examines America's identity crisis in an age of consumerism and spectacle.Long detailed opinions about America generally avoided by MSM (product sellers) - http://www.statesman.com/life/content/life/stories/books/2009/12/06/1206hedgesweb.html

Best blog I've run across in a bit of time - http://oldhippies.blogspot.com/ - Now on my sidebar; it's that good.

Drug Cops Kill Two in Two Days in Drug Raids - The senseless, bloated, power hungry politicians continue to use the police for the drug war. http://www.cannabisculture.com/v2/content/2010/03/19/Drug-Cops-Kill-Two-Two-Days-Drug-Raids

2002 Classic by Ron Paul - http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/Evils%20in%20Government/ron_paul_speaks_out.htm

The Shoe Line: 1943 - Today's Shorpy reminds us of yesteryear - when people stood in lines for shoes, tires, etc --- rationing - RHP.

Progress

Before our white brothers came to civilize us we had no jails. Therefore we had no criminals. You can’t have criminals without a jail. We had no locks or keys, and so we had no thieves. If a man was so poor that he had no horse, tipi or blanket, someone gave him these things. We were too uncivilized to set much value on personal belongings. We wanted to have things only in order to give them away. We had no money, and therefore a man’s worth couldn’t be measured by it. We had no written law, no attorney or politicians, therefore we couldn’t cheat. We were in a really bad way before the white man came, and I don’t know how we managed to get along without the basic things which, we are told, are absolutely necessary to make a civilized society.

Is This The White Culture That Glenn Beck Meant To Defend?

"White Culture? This is the euro wig wearing foundations of the country called America. The big money player/plantation owners (WashAdJefMadMon...) who were interested in the milk & honey land grab. It evolved into the railway manifest destiny profit mongering pilfering of more land. Savages just a bit above a beast to be removed to a reservation. Their sacred land? A fitting place to carve the figure heads of these white so called "leaders". Morphing into the slimy oil gas industrialists(white men) who further destroy any natural habitat with more greed and profit as "the american way". This is the "white culture" of suit and tie all powerful businessmen who chainsaw 1,000 year old redwood trees for a patio deck to prop their fat white ass on and sip martinis after a nice round of golf sprayed with pesticide to keep it green and thus our 2000 year old dilemma, the roots of this so called great "civilized" Greco-Roman culture that rolls on its destructive course of zero collecting profit making at the expense of anything sane! This in my opinion is "White Culture".
